FAQ’s

How do I get my wine to you?

Simply call us, or contact us through our website and we will arrange to have your wine picked up.

We do provide insurance, but we suggest you also contact your personal insurance company to see if additional coverage is recommended.

We are located on West 45th Street in Hell’s kitchen. Our warehouse is a former film production sound stage.

For small requests — from a couple of bottles up to a few cases — please allow one business day for fulfillment. Requests received after business hours will be processed the next business day. Requests submitted over the weekend will be processed starting Monday.

Yes. We can assist you in selling your wine for the best possible price — whether through private sale, retail, restaurant placement, or auction. We may even connect you with fellow Veritas clients who are looking to expand their collections.

Yes. This can take some time - depending on the size of your collection. We use external resources for this service.

Yes there are. We discount after 100 cases stored, 200, 300 and so on.

We do not. Access to the warehouse is limited and must be supervised when permitted.
